sooo story.

my little brother and i went to my Dad's work today to see his new office.

my brother said that he wanted to take the stairs--plus there was no elevator really in sight..

his office is on the 4th floor so that isn't too bad riiight?

ohhh WRONG.
it was two flights of stairs for every floor. which still isn't bad. scratch that, it WAS bad.
As i am slowly making my way up the stairs yelling up to my brother to pull me..i mean wait for me, Biggest LOSE came to mind. Just last night they were walking up a million flights of stairs and they were actually doing it at a pretty dang good pace.

lesson learned? OUTTTA SHAPE.

another story.
i really do like the rain but what the heck is this weather about? i don't understand why mother nature decides to act like this.

hahahahaha that reminds me. today i had a nice chat with the fabulous julianne. of course who could miss her in the hall...she was holding this giant TORPEDO

i used to make fun of my friend everyday because he was soooooo ridiculiously obsessed with john mayer. i mean i was a fan of a few of his songs but that's where the line was drawn for me. when i was on my trip this past week i kind of had no choice but to listen to him and it was the most fabulous thing i have ever heard. i don't know what did it but he is just so fantastic. it's crazy how many emotions he makes you feel when you listen to his songs. everything he sings about really is signifcant to life. now i'm an addict. i can not get enough of J.M

such a fun trip. with such good people. I look up to every single person so much.

ps i gave a dollar to a homeless man today for the first time in my life. for some reason i feel so great about myself haha--i think.

i'm leavin on a jet plane...to this place..to study. ehh.

1. how do you jerk???

last night this kid was trying to teach me and it honestly looks like i'm doing skip to my lou or something hahah.

one day i will master the jerk move.

2. well since my last post about friends and engagements

two friends have gotten engaged. they are all droppin like flies and it's happening weekly now. again, so so happy but i guess i'll just continue rollin single doin' the jerk haha

3. summer summer is hereeeeeeeeeee. at least that's how it is lookin! mother nature has tricked us before though. lets hope she is done being stupid.

4. bikes. okay i went on a bike ride with becky and denae yesterday and it was the most heavenly thing possible {at that moment}. before we went i was seriously stressin, thinking that i had forgotten how to ride a bike but nope it turned out fantastic! even if i was left behind many times. it's not my fault i go slow..i borrowed a friends bike because mine needs a new seat. i asked my dad about it today and he says we should just buy me a new one. i am having mixed feelings because that is my bike that i have always had! and it's purple. i am excited because this summer will be filled with bike rides. come join.

5. i love zupas. the one negative thing about it, you smell like it the resssssssst of the night. my friend had mentioned something before we went in and i guess i had forgotten how it is because when we all walked in-it just smacks you in the face! all the people that i'd meet up with that night got an explanation as to why i exactly smelled like burnt food.

6. taxes? dumb. always thought that. i have the greatest dad that pretty much takes care of it all for me and i just sign and pay when told. i was notified last week of the fantastic tax return that was instore of this year! if that happens every year? then yeah sure take my money!

7. backstreet tickets? expensive. why you ask? because they know that girls my age will go no matter what amount of money because backstreet boys was ouuuur time! i will be going. once i save a penny or two..

10. the past couple days i have been sorting through my ipod music and it is awful. seriously i need new music to discover. any suggestions?? juliannnnne??? ha she always has amazing songs to discover on her blog. love her.

welp just like that another one of my friends is engaged. . .

i am beyond happy for them i really am.

yesterday as she was telling me the story and the whole sha.bang, i loved it. i loved every minute of it but for some reason i could not help but feel depression for myself haha and the weird thing is i would never in a million years feel like i'm ready to get married. so these depressed feelings are useless.

oh well.

hahahha we were thirsty so my mom walks into

this grocery store and just buys a quart of milk so

we just chugged it walking down the brooklyn streets.

i felt homeless and it was soo hilarious. {at the time}

it was such a fabulous trip.

i think throughout the week i walked a good 2 and a half marathons haha but it was so fun.

Each night when we'd get back to the hotel we would fall right to sleep cuz we were sooo tired.

i learned fast that the traffic laws are not the same in NY. drivers would NOT stop while i was walking. they would test me and have their bumper seriously touching my leg to make me hurry and run across!

i felt like i heard sirens 24.7 and i thought to myself "NO DUH there are probably soo many accidents going on here!" it made me quite mad

we went to The Lion King and it was soo amazing. What people can do with their voices to make people feel what they feel in that moment is just shocking to me.

the first couple days i found myself saying sorry or excuse me a lot while i was bumping into everyone but then i got the hang of "move get out of my way" pretty fast.

ahhh i loved every minute of this trip.
